Being a student (and studying how to be a teacher) of Kundalini Yoga has pulverised my cells and simultaneously put me back into a perfect vibratory hum countless times.
It's torn me open.
It's shown me what is real.
What is achingly false.
What is sustainable.
What the true role of a teacher is.
What it means to have a real and visceral experience of the Soul.
It has – in so many beautiful and searingly direct ways – lifted the veil with such swiftness that what's beneath it feels like it hasn't been touched by the light in lifetimes.
And it's for those reasons – those cryptic and perhaps indecipherable reasons – that I must press pause as I feel into and explore what's next for me.
Because what I thought was next - isn't.
And what I thought might be next - can't be.
I'm unsure what will come of this; the form is entirely unknown (as it should be), but I feel it will be a beautiful re-birthing of how I show up in the world to serve, and as always I look forward to sharing the journey with you.
In the meantime...
