I'll show you how to do it with grace.

A Precious Pause

Being a student (and studying how to be a teacher) of Kundalini Yoga has pulverised my cells and simultaneously put me back into a perfect vibratory hum countless times.

It’s torn me open.

Reassembled me.

It’s shown me what is real.

What is achingly false.

What is sustainable.

What isn’t.

What the true role of a teacher is.

What it means to have a real and visceral experience of the Soul.

It has – in so many beautiful and searingly direct ways – lifted the veil with such swiftness that what’s beneath it feels like it hasn’t been touched by the light in lifetimes.

And it’s for those reasons – those cryptic and perhaps indecipherable reasons – that I must press pause as I feel into and explore what’s next for me.

Because what I thought was next – isn’t.

And what I thought might be next – can’t be.

I’m unsure what will come of this; the form is entirely unknown (as it should be), but I feel it will be a beautiful re-birthing of how I show up in the world to serve, and as always I look forward to sharing the journey with you.

In the meantime…

Ah my darling- this is definitely a time of great change. I recently blurted out something on my Facebook page about being more of an activist and I never, ever thought it was my cup of tea. It definitely wasn’t why I created my blog. It seems the Universe has other plans…

I recently started Kundalini yoga as well and can fully understand how transformative it is (in a startlingly short space of time, I might add!)

Really looking forward to seeing what’s in store for you, beautiful.

I can’t tell you how much I have loved following your Kundalini journey and how excited I am about my own. Just several months after taking my first class (which blew me open too), I was able to attend a ‘Radiant Power of Woman’ masterclass with Gurmukh. She just visited Playa del Carmen, Mexico two days ago and I feel unbelievably blessed for this life changing experience. The syncronicity of this journey is mind blowing, indeed. Take your precious time <3 Sat nam.
